These Terms of Service apply to every visit to and purchase from avara-bags.com, operated by MT Global B.V. registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You must be at least 16 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing

We do our best to show product colours, sizes and details accurately. Small differences in colour may occur due to screen settings and lighting. All prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

4. Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods shown. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times, costs and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

6. Returns, refunds and right of withdrawal

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@avara-bags.com with a clear statement of your decision. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, but may wait until we receive the items back.

7. Warranty

You are entitled to the legal guarantee that products conform to the agreement. If an item is defective, contact us as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We may end a promotion at any time.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Avara Bags or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of your order applies to that order.
